Despite our fully remote structure, we believe magic happens when Doists come together. Since 2015, our annual Doist Connect brings our entire team to a new corner of the world for an unforgettable week of collaboration, connection, and celebration. From Irish castles to Tuscan villas, Mallorcan beaches to Chilean mountains and Thai islands, we've created memories in extraordinary places that strengthen our bonds as a team. These gatherings aren't just a perk—they're an essential investment in our company culture that pays dividends throughout the year in how we work together.

Mini-Retreats: Team-Focused Adventures

Sometimes the most productive conversations happen over coffee, dinner, or a shared adventure. Our mini-retreats bring individual teams together for focused weeks of in-person collaboration and connection. These smaller gatherings allow teams to dive deep into projects, strengthen relationships, and enjoy quality time together. At times, we've had 10 different teams meeting simultaneously across the globe, from mountain cabins to coastal getaways, proving that our distributed structure doesn't limit our ability to connect meaningfully in person.
